Position Overview

This is not a transactional sales role.

This is a true hunt-and-close opportunity for a driven, consultative sales professional who thrives on momentum, pipeline management, and winning deals.

The Franchise Development Sales role is a quota‑carrying, high‑impact sales position responsible for awarding new franchise locations across the PSB portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full franchise development lifecycle from qualified lead through signed franchise agreement
  • Leverage existing relationships with Franchise Broker networks to hit the ground running
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations focused on financial capability, business readiness, and territory alignment
  • Drive momentum across validation, FDD review, Discovery Day preparation, and award decisions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates navigating one of the most important financial and professional decisions of their lives
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage with exceptional stage accuracy and forecast reliability
  • Proactively manage pipeline health, conversion metrics, and close ratios
  • Partner with brokers, consultants, and referral sources while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and candidate fit
  • Ensure all communications comply with FTC franchise regulations
  • Consistently meet and exceed defined sales quotas and milestone conversion expectations
  • Provide accurate pipeline visibility and forecast updates

Qualifications
  • Franchise development experience strongly preferred
