Base pay range: $80,800 - $121,200 annually (may vary based on experience and qualifications). Annual incentive target: $115,000 (variable compensation). Responsibilities- Achieve business objectives for assigned territory, including account penetration with product, solution, and service offerings.
- Uncover opportunities, generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to meet business goals and budgets.
- Develop, build, and cultivate long‑term relationships with key management within the customer organization; act as trusted advisor and consultant.
- Communicate current market intelligence to decision makers within each account.
- Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, and develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for sales channels.
- Lead territory team reviews and update account plans based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- Identify areas of market expansion for the assigned portfolio and territory.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent education and experience.
- 1–3+ years of capital equipment sales experience to hospitals and/or imaging centers (Angiography) and/or relevant clinical/technical experience.
- Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles; proven success at meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Experience with sales quotas and forecasting.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Specific experience selling diagnostic imaging equipment (Angiography).
- 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare field (preferred).
- Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller‑Heiman, etc.
