Job SummaryThis position is responsible for promoting and selling XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. The role focuses on direct sales and/or multi‑dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. It utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience to maximize sales and winbacks.
Core Responsibilities- Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers through door‑to‑door canvassing in an assigned area.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including features, benefits, pricing and campaigns.
- Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively.
- Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
- Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models and unique benefits over other service providers.
- Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
- Meet physical requirements, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather.
- Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
- Work nights, weekends and overtime as necessary; schedule may vary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Annual Salary: $75,917.00 (Base + Commission).
Base Pay: $31,914.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $75,914.00
Our sales compensation program offers significant upside above targeted earnings for those who exceed sales targets. Most sales positions are eligible for commission; most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus. Comcast also provides best‑in‑class benefits to eligible employees.
Education and Experience- High School Diploma / GED
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience
