Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Instructional Designer for a top financial services–focused organization that delivers learning solutions to enterprise B2B customers. This individual will play a key role in building customer‑facing training programs from the ground up, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise, comfort working with emerging technologies like AI, and the ability to communicate effectively with financial services clients.
This role offers high visibility, ownership, and long‑term growth potential as the B2B product suite expands. Pay for this role is between $40-$48 based on experience.
- Design and develop B2B customer training courses for financial services organizations
- Produce online learning modules and short‑form courses for enterprise clients
- Build foundational learning design frameworks for a newly formed B2B division
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer needs and training use cases
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to translate curriculum into technical learning experiences
- Participate in meetings with large financial services firms as the learning and technical SME
- Create learning pathways and work with engineers to build and deploy them

- 3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Design
- Experience building and producing online training courses or learning modules
- Strong instructional design fundamentals (curriculum design, learning pathways)
- Comfort working in a new or emerging team without established L&D processes
- Strong communication skills, including client‑facing interactions
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Passion for and foundational understanding of technology and AI
- Ability to act as the technical learning representative in conversations with financial services clients
- Experience supporting financial services, investment, or capital markets clients
- Familiarity with learning management systems or learning platforms (platform‑agnostic)
- Experience creating learning workflows
- Experience using AI tools to enhance learning design
