Position Overview

Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm assists customers in finding the right mattress through expert advice and product knowledge. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience and driving sales performance.

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support an omnichannel experience.
• Create a customer‑centric environment, cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Monitor competition and industry trends.
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling over 50 pounds.

Competitive pay range of $45,000–60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Leadership and individual contributor roles may have additional bonus opportunities.
