Compensation
Base pay: $20 per hour plus bi-weekly performance bonuses.
Typical earnings: $45,000–$70,000+ per year.
Top performer earnings: $70,000–$80,000+.
Job DescriptionThis field-based, people-facing role involves speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team.
You'll work in residential neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our window and door services, initiating conversations, and scheduling in‑home consultations for interested customers.
- Walk door‑to‑door in assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects.
- Schedule qualified in‑home appointments for the sales team.
- Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet or iPad.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the community.
Key aspects of the role:
- Walking for several hours each shift.
- Talking to new people throughout the day.
- Working independently while hitting performance goals.
- Handling rejection professionally and staying motivated.
Success comes from consistency, communication skills, and effort.
Performance Expectations- Speak with 10–25 homeowners per day.
- Set 2–5 qualified appointments daily.
- Earn additional bonuses through strong performance.
- Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
- 4–5 days per week.
- One weekend day required.
- Seasonal hours:
Spring/Summer: 11 AM to 7 PM;
Fall/Winter: 10 AM to 6 PM.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking daily.
- Goal‑oriented mindset.
- Basic technology skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check.
