Outside Sales Representative

Pay from $80,000 to $120,000 per year

Uline, a name millions of businesses across North America know and trust, is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build our growing Harrisonburg, Virginia market.

• CEO of Your Territory – Identify growth opportunities within your markets and build relationships with customers on‑site.
• Be a Part of a Winning Team – Join our Allentown, PA sales team for camaraderie, training, and department meetings via regular trips to the office.

• Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect for new business.
• Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on‑site visits with customers Tuesday through Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high‑quality products.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
