• Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring workflows remain smooth and efficient for staff and clients.
• Drive new business growth by developing and executing creative sales strategies tailored to our local market.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members to refine their sales techniques and improve client engagement.
• Manage existing client accounts with a focus on retention and uncover opportunities for additional coverage.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for complex client inquiries, providing clear and supportive solutions.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to track performance metrics and adjust our approach to reach collective goals.

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or sales teams.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital lead management tools.
• Deep understanding of the local Charlottesville insurance landscape and community dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding specific sales targets.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
