As a Business Development Specialist, your primary focus will be generating opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship development. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting by phone and email, following up on opportunities, giving presentations, providing customer support, and collaborating with the team on shared priorities.
While most of your time will focus on execution, you will also participate in training, planning discussions, team initiatives, and reflective practices, including keeping a journal to consider your experiences and apply what you learn. The role requires consistent effort, professional communication, curiosity, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed as the team’s priorities evolve.

Location & Commitments:- This full-time position requires candidates to reside within driving distance of Charlottesville, VA for in-office work. Occasional remote flexibility is available.
- Must be able to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
- At least two years of professional work experience involving independent responsibility, time management, and professional written and verbal communication (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Health insurance (including company-funded HSA*)

* 90-day eligibility waiting period
Pay:- Eligible to participate in a quarterly team commission pool based on individual performance metrics.
