• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote community awareness.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must have P&C License.
• Must have State Farm Experience.

$60,000 – $80,000 per year.
