The Department of Neuroscience at the University of Virginia is seeking a Lab Technician 1 or 2 to perform experimental procedures and assist in lab management. The candidate will be responsible for mouse surgeries, immunohistochemistry, and PCR-based genotyping, along with training undergraduate students.
The successful applicant should have an Associate's degree and at least 2 years of lab experience. Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour based on education and experience, with a full-time benefit package.
