Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, visitor management protocols, and Allied Universal guidelines for a technology-focused location.;
Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and/or access credentials, and deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.;
Answer phones, greet employees and visitors, direct arrivals to the appropriate destination, and maintain front desk logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.;
Observe cameras, access control systems, and other security-related equipment from the front desk, and report unusual activity or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
