Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and assist with authorized entry procedures for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements;
Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site personnel, following post orders, and completing assigned security-related tasks as needed
