Security Officer Unarmed Active Clearance Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor visitor access and support lobby operations by verifying credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing guests, employees, and vendors to the appropriate destination;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and support communication between the front desk, site contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Observe front desk and lobby activity to help identify concerns, support access control measures, and follow established escalation procedures
