Lead Technician

We are seeking a Lead Technician to oversee a small crew responsible for installing energy‑saving light fixtures and components. This role involves hands‑on work with a team of 2‑3 people and requires occasional travel to areas such as Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.

• Oversee and manage a crew of 2‑3 technicians in the installation of energy‑saving light fixtures.
• Support the installation process by working hands‑on with light fixtures and components.
• Occasionally work with MC Cable and perform minimal wiring tasks.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Primarily operate within the Richmond Area with occasional travel to VA, MD, and NC.

• Electrical aptitude and experience in the electrical field.
• Proficiency in installing light fixtures.
• Experience as a lead technician or crew leader.

• Electrical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlottesville, VA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
