Electrical Foreman
Location:
Charlottesville, Virginia
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 + full benefits
Hours:
Full-time
A well-established construction team is looking to appoint an Electrical Foreman to support ongoing project delivery in Charlottesville. This is a key leadership position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of electrical works on complex, large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for leading teams on-site, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of assigned electrical scope, including manpower and materials
- Supervise and lead electrical crews across active sites
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and other trades
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
- Leverage technology to track performance and support delivery
- Mentor and develop team members on-site
- Ensure all works comply with NEC and relevant codes
