Industrial Electrician

Skillforce is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician for ongoing first-shift work in the Richmond, VA area. Pay is $26 to $32 per hour W-2 based on experience. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems, with commercial work mixed in. This is steady, hands-on work across local sites. First shift is Monday through Friday, with a 6:00 AM start and no rotating shifts.

Pay and Schedule

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain industrial electrical systems

• Run conduit, pull wire, and land panel feeders

• Troubleshoot faults on 120V through 480V systems

• Read schematics, one-lines, and blueprints

• Follow lockout tagout and arc-flash safety

Qualifications

• 2 plus years industrial or commercial electrical

• Confident with conduit, wire pulls, terminations

• Comfortable working with 120V through 480V systems

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
