Robertson is seeking a reliable and hardworking Residential HVAC Install Assistant to support our installation team with residential HVAC system installs and replacements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a long-term career in the HVAC trade while learning hands‑on from experienced installers.

Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations and replacements

Help set indoor and outdoor equipment, ductwork, and accessories

Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials

Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Support quality checks to ensure installations meet MTB Mechanical expectations

Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Interest in learning the HVAC trade and building a career

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependability

Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required
