We’re looking for experienced hands who can turn wrecks into road‑ready rides and work with a team focused on quality and safety.

• Blueprint and execute—clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work, restoring vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly—focus on fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location.

• At least 2 years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how: ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude and good communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
