We’re looking for experienced hands who can turn wrecks into road‑ready rides and work with a team focused on quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Blueprint and execute—clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
- Handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Perform panel and structural work, restoring vehicles to factory specs.
- Ensure quality reassembly—focus on fit and finish.
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work location.
- At least 2 years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
- Frame and structural know‑how: ability to pull, straighten, and square.
- No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
- Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team‑first attitude and good communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
