We are pursuing an experienced working Maintenance Technician to work within a service team and provide all levels of residential maintenance for a class A property.

• Completion of apartment work orders and apartment turnovers.
• Perform general carpentry work including wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, minor HVAC issues, and electrical work.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of communal areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance.
• Complete preventative maintenance to ensure everything is in working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Monitor and organize inventory and supplies.
• Pick up and deliver supplies as needed.
• Power wash and perform snow removal at the property as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge and experience in general apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, and appliance repair.

• Obtain HVAC and CPO certification required or willing to obtain within first 6 months of employment.
• Availability to take after‑hours and on‑call emergencies on a rotation basis.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Training and experience working with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar setting.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and traverse the property to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
• Physical ability and dexterity to handle tools and machinery skillfully.
• Endurance to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating tools and equipment.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 100 pounds.
