Electrical Foreman

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 + full benefits

A well-established construction team is looking to appoint an Electrical Foreman to support ongoing project delivery in Charlottesville. This is a key leadership position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of electrical works on complex, large‑scale developments.
You will be responsible for leading teams on‑site, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of assigned electrical scope, including manpower and materials
- Supervise and lead electrical crews across active sites
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and other trades
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
- Leverage technology to track performance and support delivery
- Mentor and develop team members on‑site
- Ensure all works comply with NEC and relevant codes
