Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve optimal efficiency and maximize equipment life expectancy;
Ensure all equipment operates in an energy-efficient and safe manner, proactively anticipating necessary repairs and maintaining records of past operating performance to minimize downtime;
Perform routine and corrective inspections and repairs on interior and exterior building areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, and related components;
Carry out ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components;
Be available for call-in work and perform other related duties as required to support facility operations
