Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities;
Ensure equipment operates energy-efficient and safely; maintain records of performance to minimize downtime;
Perform routine and corrective inspections and repairs on building areas, including walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, lighting;
Demonstrate multi-skilled capabilities across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems to complete daily and weekly work;
Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems and components
