Tiger Solar is seeking an O&M Service Technician to repair and maintain already installed solar installations. This hourly role requires working outdoors in extreme environments, at heights, and for extended periods, with lifting and physical endurance.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot modules, optimizers, and inverters; perform replacements; and ensure safety and NEC/NFPA compliance. Strong communication with customers is essential.
