The City of Charlottesville is seeking a Pipeline Locator to locate and mark underground gas, water and sewer lines using electronic locators and ESRI ArcGIS. You will ensure accurate field records and coordinate with Miss Utility VA811 programs.
This full-time, non-exempt role requires working with contractors, city staff, and the public, including standby for weather or emergency calls. A valid Virginia driver’s license is required.
