Pay Range: $22- $45/ per hour

The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping systems running efficiently and customers satisfied.

• Install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, furnaces, central air conditioning systems, and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and improve performance
• Uphold high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong customer relationships

• 1–5 years of HVAC service and/or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
• Experience with hydronic, steam, forced air, and heat pump systems
• EPA/CFC Certification required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and applicable background checks

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a systematic approach
• Commitment to safety and proper tool use
• Ability to adapt and stay composed in changing environments
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

This is a hands-on, active role in a commercial setting. You can expect:

• Work in varying weather conditions and job site environments
• Frequent standing, climbing, lifting, and physical activity
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasional extended driving between job locations
• Exposure to standard construction materials, tools, and mechanical equipment
