You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, helping customers make informed and confident decisions regarding their home comfort and efficiency.

• Accurately diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, management, and the parts department.
• Manage company vehicle inventory and ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized.
• Complete all service documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.
• Participate in a standard on-call rotation to support our client base.

• Proven experience in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repair.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Relevant industry certifications (NATE certification ) or a willingness to obtain them with company support.

  Experience with CRM systems like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Service Titan.
