The Role:
Housing Outreach Coordinator
What You'll Do: You'll work with the team to provide leadership and oversight of housing-focused outreach activities designed to engage individuals and families experiencing homelessness, facilitating connections to housing and supportive services. You'll supervise outreach staff, coordinate with community partners and Continuum of Care (CoC) systems, monitor service quality and regulatory compliance, and support efforts to promote housing stability and positive participant outcomes.

What You'll Bring to Support Works:
- A Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, counseling or related field and three + years of experience providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health conditions or disabilities; one year of leadership or supervisory experience;
OR
an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience with homelessness response systems, coordinated entry, and housing programs
- Experience providing staff supervision or program leadership
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, housing stabilization, and recovery-oriented practices
- Knowledge of community resources, benefits systems, and mainstream service networks
- Experience with HMIS or other electronic documentation systems, plus solid computer and mobile technology skills
- Valid VA Driver's license and reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally to provide community-based services and occasionally state-wide
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification preferred
