Overview

These positions focus on providing excellent service and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and their families. They aim to enhance the patient experience through visitor assistance, safe and comfortable patient transport, and ensuring other general comfort and non‑clinical needs are met during their stay.
Responsibilities- Assist patients and families with hospitality and logistical support.

- Enhance the patient experience through visitor assistance, safe transport, and addressing non‑clinical needs during their stay.
This is a 3rd shift position; options will be explained by the hiring manager if selected for an interview.
The starting base rate for this role is $16.50 hourly. Compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
Minimum Requirements- Education:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. - Experience:
No experience required. - Licensure:
Virginia Driver's License (VADL) preferred.
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, driving, traveling more than one mile, bending or stooping, and lifting or pushing/pulling over 200 lbs. The role is outdoors, presenting seasonal weather exposure and potential contact with fumes, noise, chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease.
