Region Ten CSB is seeking a Housing Stabilization Case Manager in Charlottesville, VA, funded by HUD for the Permanent Supportive Housing program. The position supports chronically homeless adults with serious mental illness and related needs, under grant terms ending 1/31/2027.
You will work with a Program Manager I of Housing, applying standard practices and ethics to provide case management, service coordination, and advocacy in a community-based setting.
