Class A CDL Driver – Rider & Pet

Class A CDL Driver – $1400‑$2000+/wk, Rider & Pet Welcome Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years are invited to join our dedicated account team. Drivers earn a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and receive full benefits after 60 days. Training includes 2‑5 days of training and you will be home weekly.

• Drivers pick up loads at the DC outside Front Royal. Trailers are preloaded and drivers hook and go.
• Daily salary of $215/Day plus $300 for each trailer unloaded.
• Each trailer involves 2‑4 stops. Drivers unload boxes weighing 1‑35 lbs onto a conveyor; store personnel handle the rest.
• After a 34‑hour reset at home, drivers resume the next load until the week’s deliveries are finished.
• Orientation is in Dayton (≈2 days). Company pays transportation, hotel, and meals and pays $85/Day.
• Training lasts 3‑5 days and is paid at $215/Day. You must be willing to co‑sleep with the trainer or receive your truck first; no guarantees on either option.
• After training, riders and a pet may accompany you while you run.
• Full benefits (medical, vision, PTO, 401k with matching) commence after 60 days.

• Drivers must be 21 years old with a minimum of one full year of Class A experience.
• CDL must be valid in the state of current residence.
• May have no more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, and roll‑overs.
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job.
• May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle within the last three years (not in a commercial vehicle): 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device.
• No felonies in the last seven years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
• Must pass a urine drug test; any prior failed or refused DOT drug test (regardless of when) disqualifies a candidate.
