Class A drivers are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly.

• Drivers will pick up loads at the DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average $1600-$2000+/WK.
• Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver; boxes weighing between 1-35 lbs are placed on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will handle inventory or merchandising; drivers only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes a 34‑hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When the week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to the DC for the next load.
• Orientation will take place in Dayton and is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals and you are paid $85/Day for orientation.
• After training for 3‑5 days (paid at $210/Day) the driver can have their pet and rider with them from the first day after training.

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR.
• CDL must be valid in the state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following:
• No major traffic violation
• No preventable rear‑end crash
• No rollovers
• Can not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• May have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle:
• 15+ points
• Reckless driving
• Following too closely
• Texting or using a handheld device
• THIS IS ONLY FOR PERSONAL VEHICLE; IF ANY OF THESE ARE PRESENT IN A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED.
