The Fleet Director at S&N Communications Inc is responsible for overseeing the entire fleet operations, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, management, and coordination of all fleet-related activities to support the company's operational goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and minimize operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to fleet operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all fleet vehicles, ensuring timely and cost‑effective service.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to align fleet operations with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor the fleet management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage the fleet budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Implement and maintain fleet management software and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for fleet operations to ensure consistency and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale fleet operations.
• Experience in developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization strategies.
• Previous experience in leading and managing teams in a dynamic environment.
