Pay Breakdown & Shift Setup:

• Earning Potential: $1,400+ avg weekly ($1,800+ for top performers; $70K–$95K+ annually)
• Bonus Incentive: $2,500 total Sign-On Bonus paid in stages over 180 days ($250 right after your 1st load)
• Mileage vs. Band Pay: Paid whichever is higher between CPM ($0.56 to $0.63) or Band Pay ($40–$90 for short runs under 225 miles), plus $20/stop
• Shift Cadence: 11–14 hour shifts, 5 days on / 2 days off (same set off days each week)
• Fleet Setup: Newer slip-seat day cabs logging ~1,600–1,700 miles per week

Qualifications & Next Steps

• Licensing & Seat Requirements: Must hold a valid CDL-A and up-to-date DOT medical card, backed by at least 90 days of commercial driving experience in the recent 6 months.
