Logistics Associate
Location:
Charlottesville, VA
Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5 PM

Our client is a medical manufacturer that deliver less-invasive, superior outcomes for surgeons and their patients.
Job DescriptionThe Logistic Associate will support warehouse and inventory operations by receiving incoming shipments, assigning lot numbers, and distributing products and components to the appropriate departments on time.
Responsibilities- Accurately picks items to be shipped from inventory using a barcode-scanning device or through the ERP system.
- Uses ERP system and UPS/Fed Ex computer software to generate packing lists and shipping labels.
- Utilizes ERP system to make necessary inventory movement transactions and accurately follow all inventory movement procedures.
- Stocks primary picking area with correct lot/SN number inventory, based on FIFO methodology.
- Orders supplies and stocks warehouse with shipping supplies as necessary.
- Responsible for participating in daily cycle count and perform physical inventory count as needed.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work space. Responsible for identifying and reporting potential safety issues as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Experience with invetnory, shipping and receiving processes, including shipment verification and documents
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment with shifting priorities
- Basic computer skills required; experience with inventory management or ERP systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs at a time), move, and handle materials consistent with warehouse duties
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively across teams
