OverviewAre you ready to support high-impact executive search projects for a global firm? Join our team as our Administrative Office Associate and help ensure the smooth operation of critical recruitment activities. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our executive search consultants, assist with documentation and scheduling, and help drive operational excellence within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, slide decks, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems and manage project‑related documentation.
- Conduct research to support candidate sourcing and client project needs.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate professionally with clients and candidates by email and phone.
- Support planning and coordination of company meetings, workshops, and internal events.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
