Location:
Charlottetown, PEI
Compensation: $20/hour, paid weekly
We are seeking a reliable Contract Administrative Support professional to join our wealth management office on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible, short-term contract work and is not seeking full-time permanent employment.
This position is perfect for someone who values flexibility and wants occasional contract work in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle inquiries from clients, and customers professionally.
- Other admin duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office ( Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
