HOURS:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Warranty Administration
- Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timelines.
- Review repair orders, labour operations, parts, and documentation to ensure claims meet manufacturer requirements.
- Monitor and resolve rejected, returned, suspended, and unpaid claims.
- Maintain accurate warranty records, claim status, and supporting documentation.
- Stay current with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and claim submission requirements.
- Assist with manufacturer warranty audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
- Coordinate the internal workflow for sold vehicle preparations, used vehicle reconditioning, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) for new vehicles.
- Track outstanding work and follow up with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments to keep vehicles on schedule.
- Ensure required work is completed, documented, and communicated so vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, Sales, and Management to resolve discrepancies and keep work moving efficiently.
- Identify recurring warranty or workflow issues and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer, dealership, and manufacturer information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Automotive or dealership service experience/knowledge is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Previous automotive warranty experience is preferred but not required
