• Manage and coordinate schedules for Directors
• Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials

• Maintain records and manage correspondence
• Provide administrative support for new staff onboarding
Requirements:
• Completion of an administrative diploma or equivalent degree
• Significant experience in senior administrative roles
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
