Position SummaryAs a Manager, Business Analysis, you serve as a key driver of enterprise financial strategy, ensuring critical priorities translate into profitable outcomes. You lead the business analysis function through rigorous financial analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and executive engagement to deliver measurable financial performance. You surface strategic performance insights, align efforts across the organization, establish robust financial interlock processes, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Drive executive discussion and strategic decision‑making through comprehensive analysis of complex, multi‑dimensional data.
- Establish and maintain robust financial governance, planning, and interlock processes to ensure strong financial discipline across strategic priorities.
- Conduct influential financial analysis including profitability modeling, margin optimization, and churn analysis to drive business performance.
- Implement KPI tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress against net savings targets and enable data‑driven decision making.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and collective gross‑margin improvement initiatives.
- Establish regular financial interlock cadences with business and regional CFO stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.
- Craft and deliver high‑quality executive presentations that effectively communicate strategies, initiatives, and results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into executive insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital and BPO landscape is an asset.
- Proficient oral and written English.
