Ocean Steel's Rebar Division seeks a committed individual for its fabrication team. This role encompasses preparations for rebar installation, alongside interpreting blueprints to ensure proper placement. You will also be responsible for tying rebar and maintaining worksite safety. This position allows you to work with advanced CAD technology and contribute to various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in site preparation for rebar installation
• Interpret blueprints for accurate placement
• Position and secure rebar and mesh in forms
• Tie rebar meticulously using necessary tools
• Keep work areas clean and organized for safety
Requirements:
• Willingness to travel for job assignments
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Comfort with bending and repetitive labor
• Adaptability to weather conditions
