Job Overview
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential HVAC/G2 Technician to join the team. The Technician will play a crucial role in installation, servicing and maintaining equipment, efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Salary: $23-$35 depending on experience and licenses held. Benefits included and use of a company vehicle.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide hands‑on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
Ensure timely invoicing, part ordering and follow‑up procedures daily.
Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in a technical role, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Strong understanding of relevant technologies, tools and equipment used in the industry.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a technical environment.
Must have own tools.
Secondary School (preferred).
HVAC: 2 years (preferred).
G2 – Gas Fitter License (preferred).
