Buyer Commodity Specialist II - Charlton, MA

Overview

This position will be on a hybrid schedule at our office in Charlton, MA.

As a Buyer–Commodity Specialist II
, you will manage material purchasing for reusable scopes, single-sterile devices, and imaging devices across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll oversee supplier performance, maintain accurate purchase orders, support SAP/PFEP updates, and ensure materials are available to meet production needs.

• Place and manage purchase orders; ensure accurate pricing and delivery dates
• Review shortages, expedite materials, and maintain inventory levels
• Monitor supplier performance and support supplier transitions
• Resolve invoice issues and review engineering changes
• Support SAP & PFEP systems and participate in supply chain improvement projects

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years purchasing/supply chain experience
• Intermediate SAP & Excel skills
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Hybrid/onsite work; overtime and business travel as needed
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ISO/FDA compliance required
