MTD Micro Molding is seeking an experienced and motivated Molding/Production Manager to lead our molding and production department in Charlton, MA.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of molding and production operations
- Supervise and develop a team that values collaboration, accountability, and shared success
- Drive production planning, scheduling, and on‑time delivery
- Ensure part quality consistently meets or exceeds internal standards and customer requirements
- Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and internal quality systems
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with engineering, tooling, and maintenance to resolve complex technical challenges
- Leverage ERP systems and operational data to proactively anticipate material needs and eliminate bottlenecks
- Support the practical adoption of innovative technologies that improve processes and problem‑solving
- Proven leadership experience in molding and production environments
- Strong knowledge of molding equipment, processes, and regulated manufacturing
- Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a cleanroom, high‑precision manufacturing environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $108K–$138K. MTD carefully considers multiple compensation factors, such as skills, prior experience, and expertise.
