Pay & Shift Schedule

• $24.15–$29.90/hour (based on experience) includes a 15% shift differential for 3rd shift

  • Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks

We’re hiring a CNC Operator to join our team on shift. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of CNC experience who are looking for a stable, full‑time schedule. We’re looking for reliable individuals with a consistent work history who take pride in precision work, attention to detail, and producing high‑quality parts.

• Full‑time, 40 hours/week (plus overtime as needed)

• Set up and operate CNC cutting and grinding machines
• Read and interpret routing sheets, drawings, and specifications
• Load parts and adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, depths, pressure, run time)
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauge blocks, etc.)
• Maintain required tolerances and product quality standards
• Troubleshoot machining and process issues as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Experienced CNC operators with 1–3 years of setup, operation, and troubleshooting experience

• Have a consistent work history
• Enjoy precision, detail‑oriented work
• Are comfortable working with CNC machines, production equipment and measuring tools
• Are looking for steady, long‑term employment

• Stable work history (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years CNC machining experience with demonstrated hands‑on experience (Haas experience a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and routing sheets
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test

Manufacturing setting requiring standing, lifting, and use of safety equipment.

• Have the required CNC experience
• Have a consistent work history (limited short‑term positions)
• Can provide current/most recent employer with dates of employment
• Can commit to a full‑time schedule
