Truck Driver NON CDL

Position Summary

Ryder is hiring a Non‑CDL Truck Driver in Charlton, MA. The role offers weekly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and full‑benefits eligibility after 30 days.

• Weekly pay: $1,150 – $1,350
• Live‑load pay: $0.38 per mile
• Stop pay: $12.00 per stop
• Hours:
  
  40 + hours per week
• No weekends;
  Monday through Friday
• Start time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience with a straight truck or box truck (6 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years)
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and read applicable laws and regulations

• Safely drive the assigned vehicle while complying with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Return to the terminal efficiently while delivering on-time service.
• Maintain accurate records of all movements and freight handling.
• Perform loading/unloading duties as required by the customer.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by management.
