Accounts Payable

The Goodman Group is seeking a Full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support our senior living and residential communities. In this role, you will process high-volume vendor invoices, match purchase orders, code expenses to proper GL accounts, and ensure timely, accurate payments. You will reconcile statements, research discrepancies, and maintain vendor files in compliance with company policies. The position partners closely with property managers and corporate finance, supporting month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and properties
• Prepare and schedule payments in accordance with company policies and terms
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files and records
• Assist with month-end close activities and accruals
• Support internal and external audit requests with documentation
• Collaborate with property managers and corporate teams on AP issues
• Ensure compliance with company controls and confidentiality standards
