Role:
A Dental Hygienist providing patient-centered dental care, supporting the clinical team, and advocating for patients' oral health.
Responsibilities:Perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and utilize digital tools like x-rays and scanners. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, deliver preventative care, and support patient education.
Qualifications & Skills:Current dental hygienist license in MN, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and electronic records. Preferred experience includes using digital tools and a desire for ongoing learning.
Key Duties:Provide exceptional clinical care, maintain patient records, operate dental technology, and support practice growth through continuous skill development.
Physical & Other Requirements:Ability to perform essential duties, lift up to 45 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods, and attend training sessions. A TB test is required prior to employment.
