This position reports to the Senior Manager and is part of the Continuous Improvement team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with internal customers to identify consumable design and process improvement opportunities that support business growth.
- Work cross-functionally to help define user requirements, conduct risk analysis, draft verification and validation test plans and reports, and execute design transfers in the medical device industry.
- Lead teams through design changes for technical processes or related equipment improvement projects.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related technical field with a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field with at least 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree in a related field with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated skills in design control processes, including design change, risk management, design requirements, design validation & verification, and design transfer
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience working in a GMP environment
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working knowledge of statistics
- Aby Conjugation Techniques

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 – 145,000. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
