Compensation: $133,000 – $165,000/year + quarterly bonus
Our client is a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer developing embedded electrical power systems and flight actuation control systems for commercial and military platforms. They're seeking an IPT Lead to guide technical teams through new product development — from requirements definition through design, integration, testing, and release.
This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management: you'll own the technical execution of high-priority programs while directly managing a team of project engineers. Expect significant interaction with senior engineers, systems engineers, test engineers, program managers, and customers. The role is roughly 75% direct technical/project leadership and 25% functional team management.
